This past year we engaged a design team to create the Rossiter 17 Centre Console and Runabout models, knowing that some like to feel the wind in their hair while others want the protection of a full windshield and canvas. We also took full advantage of the latest in computer aided design and 3D modeling to ensure that the hull performance and engineering delivered the stability, performance and sea-keeping characteristics you’ve come to expect from a Rossiter powerboat. Tender 10We have added the Rossiter Tender to our line of rowing boats at the request of our customers who were looking for a well-made tender for their power and sail boats. At just 10′ this tender is easily towed behind or carried on a larger boat and gives you greater versatility and accessibility whether you are anchored in a secluded cove or in a busy harbour with people and cargo to get to and from shore. The Tender is easy to row or it can accommodate a 2hp engine on the transom and is is very stable with room for the rower and seats for passengers in the bow and stern. As with all Rossiter Boats, the Tender is built for each individual customer and, as such, you can choose from a range of colour combinations to match your existing boat. You also have the option of Kevlar if you would like something a little lighter. |

Whether you opt for teak or fibreglass decks, your Loudon will be made to the highest standards with features just not found in other family rowing boats.With three oarlock positions, adjustable teak seats and footrests, the Loudon offers you the flexibility to row single or double, and if you wish, you can even take along a couple of passengers to do a little fishing. Whether you’re alone or taking the family along, the Loudon’s fine ends offer improved tracking, increased speed and glide, not to mention stability in a cross wind and overall seaworthiness in calm or rough water. |
The WhitehallsThe Whitehall 13’ and 17’are traditionally designed rowboats with the distinctive wineglass stern. They have solid teak gunwhales, decks and rowing seats. The 13′ has a lapstrake finish and can easily be rowed by one person. It can be towed behind a larger boat as a tender and carried on a car. It is stable and comfortable, with room for two passengers and extra gear.The 17’ has a smooth-skinned look on the exterior and can be rowed by one or two people with two seats and sets of oarlocks. Both the 13’ and 17’ have adjustable teak footrests to allow everyone to row comfortably. The passenger seats are fixed and are also air tanks to provide positive floatation. Both can accomodate a three horsepower engine on the transom.
